Madagui – Đalat – Biochem Team building September 2023

Madagui, Lam Dong, is the chosen destination for this year’s team-building event by Biochem Joint Stock Company (Biochem). After days of working hard, it’s time for everyone to rest and recharge. This is also a great opportunity for the Biochem’s members to bond and get closer. Madagui is famous for its recreational activities and cool natural landscapes. Let’s see what the Biochem members did together!

Team Games – Fostering Love Bonds

Here, the organizers have deployed a variety of exciting games, ranging from gentle to intense sensations. After dividing everyone into four teams, the game begins. It kicks off with each team’s introductory dance. The clumsy yet charming coordination brings forth bursts of laughter. Accompanied by thrilled slogans from teams makes people excited . Following the warm-up is a puzzle-solving segment to determine the location for the next game.

Crossing the Rapids – Overcoming the Big Waves with Team mates.

One of the standout activities of this team building event is the game of rafting through rapids. All members are divided into 10 teams, each consisting of 6-7 people. This game not only demands skills and physical strength but also requires agility. More importantly, it requires smooth coordination among team members under the guidance and supervision of a professional trainer.

Simple theory but harsh reality

The theory is simple, but when faced with reality, nothing is easy. As it is currently the rainy season, the river water flows quite strongly. The river sections here are winding, with underwater rocks, making navigating the raft to the finish line difficult and challenging. To ensure safety, all members must have high discipline to follow the team leader’s commands. The team leader is a training specialist from Madagui, someone with expertise and understanding of the terrain, river currents, and rescue principles in case of emergencies. It can be said that this game is no less than an adventurous, thrilling expedition!

Unexpected incident amidst the strong current

As the rafts moved to the middle of the river, suddenly it started raining heavily, with strong waves. At that moment, a member from one of the teams fell into the water unexpectedly. Though there was some initial chaos, with guidance from the boat captain, we regained composure. Remembering the instructions for emergencies before boarding the raft, everyone cooperated smoothly to pull the team mate back into the raft and paddle safely to the finish line.

Biochem and a Message of Love

Despite facing unexpected situations, people become more bonded with each other. Someone said, “This game reminds me of times when facing difficulties at work, there are always colleagues and managers who support us wholeheartedly.” On this occasion, through this article, we sincerely thank Biochem company. Thanks to the team mates who have always been there for us in difficult times. Also, we thank the Board of Directors for creating many opportunities for development along with bonding activities after days of dedicating ourselves to work.

Sharing Enhance Team Spirit Bonding

After the ‘Crossing the waterfalls’ game, we also participated in many other fun activities such as ziplining, bumper balls, and paintball. It’s wonderful when the members of the Biochem family experience new things together. Thanks to this, the teamwork spirit of Biochem members in work as well as life has been significantly enhanced!

Gala Dinner – an Appreciation and Networking Activity between Leadership and Employees.

After a long day of activities, the company organized a Gala Dinner with various exciting activities such as lucky draws, singing together, honoring and rewarding employees who achieved outstanding results in the first months of the year. This was an opportunity for the Biochem leadership team to convey words of encouragement and boost morale for all employees, aiming for a bright future despite the economic challenges and difficulties ahead.

The Gala Dinner was also an occasion for everyone to gather together, eat, chat, and enjoy happy moments together. The event not only had significant spiritual meaning for each employee of the company but also provided a positive energy source for all members of the Biochem family!
